Preparation

To prepare the truffle fillet, start by placing a non-stick pan on the stove, heat the bottom well then sear the fillet on both sides by brushing it with butter. After having seared the fillet from both sides, pass it on the grill, making & ograve; be careful not to overcook it: the fillet must remain beautiful pink inside. In a small bowl emulsify the oil, the truffle salt and the pepper. After cooking the fillet, transfer the meat to a serving dish, season with the emulsion of oil, salt and pepper.

Finish with a pinch of salt with summer black truffle & nbsp; and decorate with tufts of fresh parsley.

Serve immediately, enjoy your meal!
